Mediaworks Trust is pleased to invite builders and contractors to express their interest in completing planned re-development work. As part of the Trust’s Peet Street Studios Project they are to re-develop an old disused mill building set in the heart of Derby. Planning permission has been granted to convert this building into 10 studio spaces for use as a base for creative and community business.
To be considered for the work we will need a completed and signed Expression of Interest (EOI) form which needs to be received by Monday 4th July 2011. Please contact dan@mediaworkstrust.com to obtain the EOI form and further information about the build including construction plans. Site visits are recommended to appreciate the scale of the re-development.
